Introduction to sustainable funding

Wednesday 14 January

This training will help organisations understand the concept of sustainable funding and how to diversify their income streams.  This training will explore the link between effective planning and long term sustainability, introduce the participants on raising voluntary income from individuals, explore commissioning and social enterprise as ways to diversify the organisation's income and explore the suitability of different funding streams.

This course is funded and specific groups can attend for free.These courses are FREE If you are an organisation or project based in London working with those affected by sexual and domestic violence.

Southeast London Borough Surgery

Wednesday 21 January

This exciting event will equip your organisation with knowledge on commissioning, give you the opportunity to network with other organisations in Southeast London and provide you with information on building partnerships and developing social enterprises.

This event is open for people working in the women's sector and with those affected by sexual and domestic violence with a focus on Lewisham, Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich and Southwark.

Partnerships: Putting it into practice

Wednesday 11 February

This training will help organisations understand how to put partnerships into practice.  This training will explore the different structures a partnerships might take, partnership agreements, tools for agreeing a partnership strategy, better understanding of how partnerships operate, conflict management and conflict resolution.
This course is funded and specific groups can attend for free.These courses are FREE If you are an organisation or project based in London working with those affected by sexual and domestic violence.

This one day course guides participants through the key skills needed to design and deliver effective training and handle common difficult situations that may arise.

This course is funded and specific groups can attend for free. This training is FREE and open to all Voluntary and Community organisations and Social Enterprises based in London.

Making the Case: Equalities And Human Rights

Wednesday 25 February

This training will help you increase your knowledge of the pieces of current human rights and equalities documents that are referred to in the UK, raise your awareness of how they are relevant to your service users and give you the skills to use them to make the case for your organisation and the services you provide.

This training covers: The Equalities Act 2010, the Public Sector Equality Duty 2011, CEDAW and using Judicial Review.
This course is funded and specific groups can attend for free. This training is FREE and open to all Voluntary and Community organisations and Social Enterprises based in London.
