The Borrowers

Demos will be joined by Yvonne Fovargue MP and Councillor Lib Peck to launch a new report, The Borrowers. This innovative piece of research and analysis develops a new 'bottom-up' typology of personal debt, which moves away from industry-led product definitions. The report examines how different types of debt impacts on individuals and explores why some people are more affected than others.
