مواصلة العمل النسائي في زلفة وسالم
استمرارا للعمل النسائي الجماهيري، الذي يقوم به طاقم كيان، في قرية سالم وزلفة، نظمت المجموعة النسائية في سالم بالتعاون مع كيان حلقات بيتية في الاحياء المختلفة لفحص احتياجات النساء والتعرف على القضايا التي تهمهن. ويجدر الذكر انه وكمثل باقي البلاد، تحدثت النساء عن احتياجات وقضايا عديدة وعلى كافة المستويات، مثل: موضوع التنقل، عدم وجود خدمات صحية مثل عيادة الام والطفل او طبيبة نسائية، البنية التحتية وخاصة عدم وجود شوارح امنة، عدم وجود اطر للنساء او الشبيبة او حتى الاطفال ... بالاضافة لكل هذا، برزت وبشكل خاص قضية لم الشمل واغلاق معبر سالم، الامر الذي له انعكاسات صعبة جدا على النساء وعائلاتهن.
من المهم الذكر، ان مرحلة مسح الاحتياجات تات كمرحلة مكملة لمسار عمل طويل شمل تدعيم وتمكين المجموعة نالسائية المحلية، من اجل رفع وعي النساء في البلد وتوفير المساحة والفرص امامهن للخروج من حيز البيت ولاخذ دور فعال في الساحة العامة من اجل تحسين واقع المرأة في سولم والمنطقة، وهذه هي المرة الاولى التي يتم فيها تنظيم مجموعة نسائية على هذا النحو. هذا وستواصل النساء العمل على وضع برنامج وخطة عمل تجاوب على الاحتياجات والقضايا كما حددتها النساء.
