Diplomatic Appointments
June 5, 2015 - Ottawa, Ontario - Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada
The Honourable Rob Nicholson, P.C., Q.C., M.P. for Niagara Falls, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced the following diplomatic appointments:
Rosemary McCarney becomes Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Canada to the Office of the United Nations and to the United Nations Conference on Disarmament in Geneva.
Pierre Giroux becomes High Commissioner to the Co-operative Republic of Guyana.
Vincent Le Pape becomes Ambassador to Burkina Faso.
